Terms and Conditions

1. Company Procedure
The company purchases weekday practical driving test appointments from the DSA in advance. Saturday tests are available upon request and carry a charge of £141 instead of the usual £115, for a weekday test. We are also able to book the Theory & Hazard Perception tests, or the candidate can arrange own their tests, and inform us of that test date and result when known.
Upon successful completion of your theory test, we can then arrange your practical training. A driving assessment is recommended to determine the individuals training requirements. The assessment can be done once the candidate receives their provisional licence, however the practical training course cannot be booked until the candidate has passed their theory & hazard perception test. We will not confirm a vacancy on our training schedule, until deposit and course booking form has been received.

2. Deposit
Driving Courses: If a candidate does not require or has booked their own theory & hazard perception test, we require a deposit of £115 to cover the Practical Test fee which has been purchased in advance. If we are required to book the candidates’ theory & hazard perception test, we then require a deposit of £165 to cover both theory & hazard perception and practical test fees.

Classroom based courses: All course and test fees must be paid in full on or prior to the first day of training unless prior arrangements state otherwise.

In the event that these fees are not paid in accordance with our terms unless prior arrangement has been made, then the training will not commence until the full invoice amount has been settled.
